Elisabetta Zaccaria

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer

Elisabetta is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Global Strategies Group, and is a member of the Executive Board. She is focused on the creation, development and execution of strategic initiatives together with operational management of the Group across its portfolio business including mergers and acquisitions.

Since joining GLOBAL in 2003, Elisabetta has driven various strategic initiatives in a wide range of areas, including organizational and operational strategy, corporate development, regulatory compliance and risk management. She is also responsible on a worldwide basis for Legal and Compliance, Human Resources, Insurance and Information Technology.

Elisabetta began her career in the extracting industry, before becoming an independent consultant specializing in Eastern European research and analysis.

Elisabetta holds an LLB and an LLM from the University of Ferrara (Italy), as well as an MA in International Relations from Hult International Business School (UK). She has further specialist qualifications in EU law and Private International Law.
